Jasmin was born into a Sikh Family in Kota, Rajasthan.

Jasmin made her film debut with the Tamil film Vaanam (2011).

Jasmin began her career with in print ads working as a model for local brands.

She is best known for playing the role of 'Twinkle Taneja' in Zee TV's serial 'Tashan-e-Ishq'.

She is also work as Teni Bhanushali' in Colors TV serial 'Dil Se Dil Tak' in 2017.

In 2019, she featured in a TV serial 'Dil Toh Happy Hai Ji'.

In 2019, she participated in Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi 9 and Khatra Khatra Khatra.

In 2020, she participated in Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi- Made In India and Big Boss 14.
